Aloha, My name is Barbara Lee. I am one of the elective teachers; I teach Keyboarding/Word Processing. In my 20+ years at Kamehameha, I have taught Economics, Accounting, Keyboarding/Word Processing at the high school level as well as Keyboarding in the Middle School. I grew up in a small town in southeastern Oregon and received my education at Oregon State University majoring in Business. My bachelor’s as well as my master’s degrees were obtained at Oregon State. My teaching experiences have been varied. They have included a Job Corp center, a state penitentiary as well as middle schools and high schools in Washington, Maryland, and Hawai‘i. I even taught English at a Women’s university in Seoul, Korea for two years. Hobbies include reading and jogging and finishing the Honolulu Marathon each December.
