Kapālama CampusThe 600-acre hillside campus, on the island of O'ahu, provides an environment conducive to learning. The spacious campus has more than 70 buildings, an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, and a new athletic complex with a football/soccer field, track and seating for 3,000. This campus offers a boarding program, designed to help students attain high academic performance, positive self-esteem, and personal and community responsibility. The Kapālama campus is currently home to 3,172 students, grades K-12. | ||||

Restricted Campus Entry Notice
Aloha KS Kapalama `Ohana,
This is a reminder that we will begin our "Restricted Hours Entry" to campus on Friday, August 10, 2012. All vehicles should have the current 2012-13 decal (red) affixed to the lower left corner of the windshield that is visible at all times while on campus. GATE HOURS Main Gate: Open 24/7 with restricted entry hours M-F, from 8:00AM to 2:00PM, except school holidays. Puna Gate: Open M-F 5:00AM to 8:00AM and 2:00PM - 9:00PM; Saturdays 5:00AM to 9:00PM. Closed Sundays and holidays. Makanani Gate: Closed during construction. If you need to come on campus during the restricted hours, please call the unit or department office that you will be visiting, and request that your name be placed at the main gate for access. 24 hour notice is required. Mahalo nui for your kokua, and best wishes for a wonderful new school year! |
