Penny Challenge

The penny challenge will begin on May 7, 2007 thru May 11, 2007. Penny containers will be held in the respective unit offices. Students are encouraged to place an assortment of "loose change" in the containers. On the other hand, if students place dollar bills in the containers it will "cancel out" 100 pennies. So the more student place dollar bills in the opposing classes' containers, then the more money they have to raise to bring it back. This will encourage friendly class competition as well as a wealth of money that will be donated to the Leukemia Foundation of America.

BLOOD DRIVE

This year's blood drive will be held at the'Akahi Student Center Classroom on April 17, 2007 during periods 4-7. Applications are still available for students who are 17 (with parental permission) or 18. See the daily bulliten or visit the 'Akahi Student Center for more details.

MIDPAC INTERSCHOOL EXCHANGE

The Midpac Interschool Exchange will take place on April 11, 2007 and April 12, 2007. Applications were already due and participants will be notified shortly. Please see the Akahi Student Center and Secretary, Ms. Zane if you have any questions or concerns regarding your application.

YearBook Signing Social

It will held on May 18, 2007 during Activity period on Konia Field. There will be free sharpie mini pens, buttersschotch brownies, and prizes from Ala Moana Shopping Center, Chevron, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, and McDonalds. Be sure to come and have some fun with your friends for the last time this year!
