Medical Services Department Kapalama Campus Returning after Illness or Injury Day students returning to school after an absence for illness or injury of more than 2 days must readmit through Hale Ola or Kalanimoku Dispensary. All boarding students returning to school after illness or injury must readmit through Hale Ola before being allowed back into the dormitory. All students readmitting with medical restrictions for any activity must do so at Hale Ola or Kalanimoku Dispensary regardless of the number of days absent. If the student is referred to an outside physician or facility by Hale Ola or Kalanimoku Dispensary, a referral letter is given to be completed by the physician or facility. If the student does not have a referral letter, a private physician's restriction form is acceptable. This referral letter, or it's equivalent, is required for readmittance when the student returns to school.
