Favorite Kamehameha Food Services recipes!

Tofu Poke
Serves 4

  • 1 block tofu (cubed)
  • 2 stalks green onion (chopped)
  • 1 red chile pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 round, sweet onion (quartered and sliced thin)
  • 1/2 cup ogo seaweed (blanched and chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. Hawaiian salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil

Cut tofu into 1/2-inch cubes. Place in bowl. Top with remaining ingredients in order. Toss and let stand for at least one hour. Serve chilled.
