Aloha and Welcome to Akahi Dining Hall 
Nutrition Awareness: An all new Beverage Bar with new ice dispensers will feature a selection of 100% pure natural juices, fresh brewed iced tea, and hot cocoa, along with the usual great selections of milk (1% chocolate milk, skim milk, and 2%). And to encourage the healthy intake of more fresh fruits and vegetables, our popular Salad Bar has been expanded--quick and easy for our "on the fly" lunch crowd. This all new "Food for Thought" counter will offer healthy choices to better fuel the minds and bodies of our students.
Turnstiles: We now have turnstiles to help us gather important information about student dining patterns. This will help the Food Services Department better anticipate peak load demands in forecasting food production requirements.
