Mr.
Atabay is a graduate of Damien Memorial
High School and has taken advantage of the many different venues
of higher education in our state. Earning credits at the University
of Hawai'i at Manoa and Leeward Community College, he completed an Associate's
degree from Kapi’olani Community
College as well as a Bachelor of Science and Master's in Counseling
Psychology from Chaminade University
of Honolulu. His calling to counseling came as a student worker
in KCC's counseling office and since then has worked with students from
kindergarten age through the college level. Pooling together his experience
as an Admissions Counselor at Chaminade University and as a school counselor
at Ke Kula Kaiapuni 'O Anuenue and Kapolei
Middle School, KMS is a perfect fit for Mr. Atabay.

(NMSA), and the Association
for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD). As a part-time
student at Hawai'i Pacific University,

Mrs.
Lee-Gustilo is a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools, Class of 1994;
she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Family Resources and
her Masters degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health,
from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
Mrs. Lee-Gustilo’s path to being a counselor started with her
work at the PACT/Family Peace Center
where she was the children’s counselor/advocate and a group facilitator
for men and woman’s groups, teaching anger management techniques.
She was also a Program Specialist at the (former) Safe and Drug Free
Program. There she worked with children of all grade levels teaching
them about substance abuse and violence prevention. Following that experience,
she was a dorm advisor for Kamehameha Middle School boarding program.
Every moment along her path has led her life to this point where she
is able to assist the children of Pauahi excel to the best of their
ability. Mrs. Lee-Gustilo, believes that every person that crosses paths
with her is a blessing and she looks forward to connecting with you.

Mrs. Matsumoto is a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools. Mrs. Matsumoto
has been a practicing social worker for many years. She received a Bachelor’s
degree in Psychology from Lewis and
Clark College in Portland, Oregon and a Master’s degree in
Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is a licensed
clinical social worker in the state of Hawai`i. Mrs. Matsumoto comes
to KMS as a previous Outreach Counselor at Kamehameha Schools Community-based
Early Childhood Education, a clinical therapist at Kahi
Mohala, a social worker at Queen
Lili’uokalani Children’s Center, and social worker at
Evergreen Hospice in Washington State. Mrs. Matsumoto resides on the
leeward side of O`ahu with her husband and two children.
