is a new Japanese teacher who just arrived from Japan. You are eager to
get as much information as you can. Let's begin by brainstorming what kind
of questions you want to ask." |

students begin to suggest questions based on what they have learned. Some
venture to ask questions they need help on to formulate them in Japanese.
All the questions go up on the chart paper. With promptings the paper becomes
full. |
