Non-judgmental Teaching is focused on everyone learning. It is learning-centered. Its instructional language and the teachng processes reflect this goal and their alignment help create the kind of class atmosphere where the energy flows and the students are inspired with spontaneity and joy of discovery. Although as a small part of the repertoire of evaluative tools, discrete-point tests are used, non-judgmental teaching as a whole does not focus on the right or wrong answers. Leaving behind "deficit thinking" teachers build student readiness through an inclusive vision and a complex set of teaching strategies. Non-judgmental Teaching is a teacher's mindset as well as the overall value of the class. Through the dual effort of constant self-inquiry and holding the highest vision of the students, non-judgmental teaching creates an inspired learning environment where the sole purpose of coming together is to learn both with the mind and with the heart.
