KES Spring Concert
Friday, May 15th
7:00 p.m.

Your child will be staying after school on Friday, May 15th, rehearsing at the auditorium, eating dinner, and then the concert starts at 7:00 p.m. It should finish about 8:30 p.m. Please have your child bring their KSCC uniform, shoes, socks, etc. in their garment bag to school.
We will be setting up the night before at the auditorium at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14th. Please come and help!
For those of you on the set-up and tear down committee, we will be tearing down and setting up at intermission and after the concert. Just join us on stage as we tear down at intermission.
If you can also come at 4:00 p.m., we will be setting up for the rehearsal. Please let me know if you will be helping in the afternoon to account for your dinner. Mahalo!
