| 2007-08 School Year off and running |
School Year is off and running. Returning students are quickly getting back into the routines, while the new students are learning the life of being a boarder.
During the first week of school, the dorm got a chance to compete against the other dorms in a Sports Night. They competed in four events. Standing Broad Jumps, a Basketball Shooting contest, a volleyball serving contest and a relay event. When all the scores were tallied up, Liholiho Dormitory emerged victorious. With the victor came its spoils-5 gallons of ice cream that are part of our first Code of Conduct lesson held on September 3, 2007. On sunday September 16, 2007, The dorm completed its Mauna Ala Community service project.
Upcoming events planned: Dormitory first camp to Kokolio Beach Park on the weekend of October 26 - 28.
